GEORGE GRIFFIN, Animator.
DIRECTOR BIO:
George Griffin grew up in Tennessee, studied political science, came to NYC in the 60's apprenticed in commercial cartoon studios, got fired from Fritz the Cat, copycatted Steinberg and Breer, figured out some new tricks, and still makes hand-drawn experiments (now with a computer) for fun and profit at Metropolis Graphics in Greenwich Village. His collected films, Griffiti. are available on VHS and DVD.
